Hello! My name is Venessa Langen and I'm the author and designer of this site. My journey started when my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at the age of 33, and given only 3 months to live. My baby was 3 months old and we had just bought a house. At this point, I had no choice but to research other methods as the treatments did not work. I posted positive quotes all over the house and I learned to cook and eat healthy. I learned about vitamins, herbs and the importance of having a positive mental attitude. I also learned how physical and mental health are connected. Against all odds he lived, but not without sacrifice and hardship. This experience near broke me, but it didn't!
